Sara Reynolds-
Pastry Chef and Owner

My love for baking and pastry started at an early age. For as long as I can remember I have loved the idea of creating “something from nothing.” I grew up inspired by my family's passion for baking and cooking, and sharing their creations with others. Growing up with two professional chefs as parents, most of my favorite memories from childhood took place in the kitchen.

I am a proud alumni of the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, with a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. During my time there I completed an externship at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Florida. After graduating from CIA, I had the chance to continue my education, and work on campus as a manager in a student-run cafe. I've traveled all across Europe to experience and enjoy pastries from different cuisines. I moved to New York City to pursue a pastry career and worked under Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group. At 23 years old I was appointed Pastry Chef of a neighborhood restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, New York.

Moving back from the city to my home roots in Buffalo, and working at various bakeries across Western New York, I realized it is my passion and calling to create my own recipes and designs. I believe I was put on this Earth to make people happy, and the best way I know how to do that is through food. I look forward to working with you to create custom cakes and pastries for your next event!
